Canon G7020 Ink Refill
Solution
When remaining ink cautions or errors occur, a message will appear on the LCD to inform you of the error. In this state, the printer can't print. Check the remaining ink level with the Ink Tank Indicator on the front of the printer. If the ink level is near the lower limit line, refill the ink tank.
Refilling Procedure
Please ensure the printer remains flat after initial setup and is NOT turned upside down or on its side, as ink in the printer may leak.
- Check that the printer is turned on.
- Open the scanning unit/cover.
- Do not touch tubes or other parts inside the printer. This can cause trouble with the printer.
- Open the ink tank cover. To refill the black ink tank, open the left ink tank cover and open the right ink tank cover to refill the colour ink tanks.
- Open the tank cap of the ink tank to be refilled. Carefully open the tank cap of the ink tank. The ink on the inside of the tank cap may be spattered when opening it.
- Take a new ink bottle out of its package.
- Hold the ink bottle upright and gently twist the bottle cap to remove it. Do not shake the ink bottle. Ink may be spatter when opening the cap.
- Refill the ink tank.
- Once ink reaches the upper limit line, remove the ink bottle from the inlet.
- Close the tank cap of the ink tank. Make sure the tank cap is completely inserted.
- Close the ink tank cover.
- Close the scanning unit/ cover gently.
How to Install Canon PIXMA G7020 Driver?

Before Starting the Wireless Connection Setup!
- Make sure that the printer is turned [ON]. If the power is ON, the POWER lamp [A] will be lit.
- If the printer is performing cleaning, print head alignment, or other processes. Wait for the process to finish, before starting the setup.
- Press the Setup button [B] on the printer.
- Use the Left or Right button [C] to select Wireless LAN setup. Then press the [OK] button.
- Select Easy WL connect and also press the [OK] button.
- When the printer preparation is complete, the screen below appears. Then return to the application screen and proceed with the setup.
- Download the Software or Application to complete the setup.
